After working in numerous restaurants, Robert Cox has been working at The Rendezvous for over a decade. He has worked almost every position at the restaurant and quickly worked his way up to Head Kitchen Manager. Today, Robert oversees a busy kitchen - that can, on a busy night - serve upwards of 3,000 people. In his spare time, Robert also provides free cooking workshops in Memphis for high school students - and played a BBQ Pitmaster in Netflix's original movie Uncorked.
