Chef Josh Burkeen inspires his team to never stop seeking knowledge about cooking and to take pride in what they produce. After graduating with a culinary degree at the Art Institute in Houston in 2008, he spent the first part of his career working at Reef with Brian Caswell Houston, TX. After several years of cooking seafood he made the transition to working his way through Steak Houses eventually becoming sous chef for Vic & Anthony’s Steakhouse (Houston). Josh joined the Capital Grille team in Texas with a promotion as Executive Chef Partner in Memphis, he has been at this location for two years.
